Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

• Samples and small orders: Full payment is required in advance.
• Bulk orders: A 50% advance payment is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before shipment.
• Accepted methods: Official bank transfer and Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, subject to prior agreement.
• Official payment details are shared directly with customers upon request.

2. Company Policies

• FOB orders: Unless otherwise agreed, quotations are based on Free on Board (FOB) terms. Export handling and delivery to the agreed port are included as specified in the quotation. International freight and costs after loading are the buyer’s responsibility.
• CIF orders: Cost, Insurance and Freight quotations include the agreed freight and insurance costs to the named destination port. Any destination charges, duties, taxes or clearance costs not expressly included remain the buyer’s responsibility.
• Samples: Samples are chargeable and are not supplied free of cost.
• Production time: The estimated production period is 10–15 business days. Actual timing depends on quantity, materials, product type and customization. The confirmed schedule will be shared before production begins.
• Courier services: Smaller shipments below 70 kg may be sent through services such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, subject to availability and the agreed shipping method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are checked and packed before dispatch.
• Delivery times vary based on order size, customization, destination and carrier service.
• Available tracking details will be shared after dispatch.
• Special packing or shipping instructions must be agreed in writing before the order is shipped.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We take care to inspect products before dispatch. If goods arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and affected items.
• Our team will review the evidence and may request further details.
• Approved claims will normally be resolved through replacement in the customer’s next order. Shipping costs for replacement items are excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Issues caused by misuse, normal wear, or specifications approved by the customer are not covered.

5. Order Cancellation & Price Adjustments

• Order changes or cancellations require written approval from both parties.
• Once custom production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Costs already incurred may remain payable.
• Before order confirmation, quotations may be reviewed if material costs, specifications or market conditions change significantly.
• After confirmation, the agreed price remains fixed unless both parties approve a change in writing.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Customer-supplied logos, designs, artwork and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
• Shazar Wears uses these materials only to fulfill the customer’s authorized order.
• We do not knowingly sell, share or reproduce customer artwork for third parties without written permission.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and permissions needed for any artwork or trademarks they provide.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our products are generally made to order and customized to the buyer’s specifications. For this reason, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.

• Confirmed manufacturing defects will be reviewed under the Damaged or Defective Products policy.
• Refunds are considered only where agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
• Customers should review and approve samples, artwork, measurements, colors and specifications before bulk production begins.

8. Quality Assurance

Quality is an important part of our manufacturing process. We carry out checks during production and before dispatch. Materials, stitching, printing, embroidery and finishing are reviewed against the specifications agreed for the order.

Approved samples and written production details are used as the reference for bulk manufacturing.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

By placing an order with Shazar Wears, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to them, subject to any separate written agreement between the parties.
